By using Forage you agree to these terms.
1. Not medical advice
Forage provides general wellness and food-ordering guidance, not medical advice, and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or other professional. Recommendations and macro figures are AI-generated estimates and may be inaccurate. Do not rely on Forage for medical, allergy, or dietary-restriction decisions. If you have a health condition or allergy, verify with the restaurant and your healthcare provider. You use Forage at your own risk.
2. The service
Forage analyzes images, links, and text you provide and suggests options for your chosen goal. Accuracy is not guaranteed — menus change, portions vary, and estimates are approximate.
3. Subscriptions
Forage offers a free tier with a monthly analysis limit and a paid “Plus” subscription for unlimited use and extra features. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, auto-renew until cancelled, and are managed in your Apple account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
4. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or abuse the backend, and no submitting unlawful content.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the photos and notes you add. You grant Forage permission to process them to provide the service (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forage and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app or reliance on its recommendations.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
